When one of the largest real estate service businesses in the U.S. acquired one of the preeminent full-service commercial real estate companies in Northern California, Newmark Cornish & Carey was born. Looking to expand their San Francisco presence, Newmark Cornish & Carey turned to Revel Architecture & Design for their expertise in designing for professional service firms.

 

Lesley Ray led design implementation for their new location, which provides iconic views of the San Francisco Bay as a backdrop to their neutral modern workspace. The lobby features a custom reception desk set against a custom metal screen that was designed by adapting the “N” of the Newmark logo. Other features include an accent backsplash & pendant lighting in the breakroom, & warm wood flooring at the entry.
